Please read the terms of sale at the bottom of this page.
Please read this in it's entirety before deciding to purchase a puppy from us:

You will be required to sign our contract before leaving with a puppy. Please take the time to read it now.
  • UPDATE: You will now be required to digitally sign this contract after I receive your deposit.  It will be emailed to you and
must be signed. The contract is available for viewing by clicking the link above.  A link to the JotForm version of my
contract will be emailed to you for you to sign.

All of our adult hounds are AKC, CKC & APRI registered.
  • UPDATE: Starting with litters born after July 2019, puppies will not leave us with any registration papers.  In order to obtain
CKC registration papers on your puppy, you must provide us with proof of spay or neuter before the dog's 1 year
birthday. You can email or mail us copies of vet documentation showing the sterilization procedure and we will pay to
have the pup registered in the buyer's name and have the registration certificate mailed to the buyer. You must contact us
before the dog's 1 year birthday with proof.

All pet puppies are priced the same, no matter of coloring, parentage or gender.  Each puppy is $600 ($50 deposit, $550 on
pickup.)  If breeding rights and full AKC registration are approved prior to purchasing, the price of a puppy is considerably
more.  Breeding rights are approved BEFORE purchasing. If you contact me after receiving a puppy and request breeding
rights, you will be denied. This is to be discussed before sending a deposit so that I can make the best decision for this
    particular puppy.
  • UPDATE: If you are found to have provided false information or have been dishonest about your intentions for one of our
puppies, your deposit will be refunded immediately.  Finding responsible, loving homes for our puppies is our top priority.

We make the puppies available for their new homes no earlier than 8 weeks of age.  If you want me to hold a puppy until you get
here, I will require a nonrefundable $50 deposit.  Your deposit goes towards the purchase price of the puppy.  If something
happens to your chosen puppy (dies or becomes severely injured) while in my care, you will have the option of another puppy,
or your deposit will be refunded.  Deposit refunds will only be given if the puppy is found to be unhealthy, is injured, dies, or is
stolen.  If you change your mind, your deposit will not be refunded.

Only PayPal is accepted for deposits. You do not have to have a PayPal account to send a payment through PayPal.
Cash only on pick up. NO EXCEPTIONS! I don't want to have to track down a puppy and repossess it because of a
bounced check!
We will not accept anything other than cash for final payment, due on the day of pick up. You cannot PayPal or mail me the
full amount.
Please make sure to bring the correct amount. I cannot make change! And if you show up $50 or $100 short, you will not
leave with a puppy.
Credit Cards are accepted through PayPal.
eChecks are accepted through PayPal.
Instant bank transfers are accepted through PayPal.
Debit cards are accepted through PayPal.

Every puppy will have an "available on" date. You will have 1 week after this date to pick up your puppy. If a deposit is paid after this date, you will have 1 week after the deposit is paid to pick up your puppy.

We do not ship our puppies.

We will not accept visitors to our home before the puppies have had their first vaccinations. This is done for the protection of
the puppies.  Visitors may track in germs on their clothes and shoes like Parvo, which is a highly contagious and very deadly
virus. The most common way puppies get Parvo, is from people bringing the germs to them on their clothes and shoes. Even if
you have not been around other puppies, the germs can still be picked up from contaminated side walks and grass and then
tracked in on your clothes or the soles of your shoes. Parvo can live on the ground for years. You will notice that many other
breeders that are careful, will implement this same policy. I am sure you will appreciate this policy if you are purchasing a puppy
    from us!

Until the new owner has taken possession of the agreed upon puppy, the puppy is my property, and I will care for it as I see fit.
